Exposure Bracketingtechnical
Taking several shots at different exposures to combine or pick the best later.
The camera fires a sequence (e.g. -1, 0, +1 EV). Blend them for high-dynamic-range scenes, or just keep the best-exposed frame. Use a tripod so they align.
Use this when
- Sunrise/sunset landscapes: 3-5 frames, 1 EV apart
Common mistake: Bracketing handheld for HDR and getting misaligned frames.
